FAQ

Common questions

When will pricing be announced?

Pro and Enterprise tier pricing is finalized when Marketplace and Logistics modules launch. Reservations made during the beta will lock in early-adopter rates.

Is the classification legal advice?

No. Atlas Nova surfaces candidate HTS codes, stacked duties, and CBP rulings so you can make an informed call. Final classification for filing should be verified by a licensed customs broker.

How fresh is the tariff data?

MFN base rates are pulled live from USITC HTSUS REST API. §232 / §301 / Chapter 99 overlays are maintained in tariff_config.py with snapshot dates and Federal Register citations.

Can I export the audit record?

Yes — Tariff Atlas already returns the classification, stacked rates, and source citations as JSON. PDF and CSV export plus broker-ready summaries are on the Pro roadmap.
